Was worth the 2.5hr walk to the Cape....

I took these photos with my older camera, it was a little lighter to carry on the 5 hour hike, but I am glad I packed it!

This wasn't the photo I set out to take this evening, but the alternative I found wasn't too bad...... 

Black and White with a dash of colour

I like using monochrome when photographing older buildings to highlight the sense of age, and I think it somehow makes drab scenes appear more interesting.  

 However sometimes a splash of colour tells a better story.
